No special equipment is required. Table Fox works on any desktop or laptop device — including Mac, Windows, and Linux. All you need is a web browser (we recommend Google Chrome for the best experience).

You can be up and running extremely quickly. Depending on the size of your venue and table setup, most restaurants are fully configured within 60 minutes.

No — a website isn't required. You can use your direct booking link, allowing customers to book instantly without needing a website or widget.

Bookings & Features

Yes. Table Fox provides simple copy-and-paste booking widgets for your website. You can also create unique booking links for different channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), track where bookings are coming from, and set up promotional booking links for limited-time offers or events.

Of course. You can easily manage walk-ins, with Table Fox automatically assigning tables — or manually assign them if you prefer.

Yes. We support email confirmations (included) and SMS confirmations (optional add-on). You can enable or disable these at any time depending on your preference.

Yes. Table Fox allows you to take deposits or card holds, helping secure bookings and protect your revenue.

Yes. Automated booking reminders can be sent to customers, and when combined with deposits or card holds, Table Fox is highly effective at reducing no-shows.

Yes. We make switching simple and hassle-free, with full support to help you move over smoothly.

Yes. You can import bookings from your previous system using our import tool. Imported bookings are clearly labelled, so you always know their source.

No. Your existing bookings can be safely imported into Table Fox — nothing is lost.

Pricing & Billing

No — we do not charge any commission. Unlike many platforms, you keep 100% of your bookings.

Table Fox uses modular pricing so you only pay for what you need. Pricing starts at £65/month for Table Management, with add-ons for AI Receptionist (£95), SMS Reminders (£20), and Email Marketing (£35). Or get our full package for just £195 + VAT per month — a £50 saving. All plans include unlimited bookings and zero commission on reservations.
